Jennifer Alarcon 37 year old New York City Native. Single mother of Gabriel, 4 1/2 year old budding yogi. I was first introduced to Yoga my senior year in college. I took my first Hot Yoga class in 2001 and never looked back. In the spring of 2008 I completed the 100 hour Hot Power Fusion teacher training at the Yoga Room in Astoria, Queens. I knew then that teaching Yoga is what I wanted to do. In the Spring of 2009 I completed the 200 hour Yoga Works teacher training under the tutelage of Tzahi Moskovitz. The opportunity to bring injury prevention through alignment and breath to my Hot Yoga and Hot Yoga Fusion classes is most important to me. I also look forward to developing a unique and playful vinyasa class with these same principals. It is always an Honor and a pleasure to lead you through class,
