Born and raised in England, El trained and worked for Vidal Sasoon as a professional hair colorist in London and Hamburg. After turning down a contract to work at Vidal Sasoon-Munich she left her career behind and traveled throughout Australia and New Zealand for over a year, before coming to New York. She began her yoga practice several years ago, "purely for the physical benefits". In her yoga practice, El found a path to free her body and unleash her creativity and intuition at the same time. She continues to learn, practice, and is thankful to have the ability to share with others.

Due to the small size and special nature of certain classes, the following series require advance registration: Prenatal, Postnatal, Mommy and Baby, and Mommy and Toddler.
PLEASE NOTE: Class cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Three month, six month and yearly unlimited cards may be frozen one time for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one month. No other class cards may be frozen. Please note that all class cards have expiration dates.
