In the second half, learn how to add further challenge by using the roller’s unstable nature and reducing the base of support. Increase strength and balance while ensuring safety and effectiveness. The Pilates foam roller adds fun and challenge to your Pilates workout. It is extraordinarily effective to activate deep core muscles, improve balance, posture, and strengthen extremities. It is also magical for myofascial release and self-massage. These skills will empower you to a new level of conscious self-care.
