Health Insurance
Many health insurance plans do cover acupuncture. If your plan covers acupuncture, an insurance claim form will be provided to you to submit for reimbursement. What to ask your health insurance company to find out if you are covered for acupuncture:
- Are you covered for acupuncture by an out-of-network licensed Acupuncturist (not an MD)?
- What percentage will they pay?
- Is there a deductible that needs to be met first?
- How many visits will they pay for?
- Are there any diagnosis restrictions? (i.e. Acupuncture covered for pain only.)
Cancellation Policy
There is a $30 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. A full fee will be charged for a no-show.
