Health Insurance

If your health insurance plan covers out-of-network acupuncture, a receipt and claim form will be provided to you to submit for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $30 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. A full fee will be charged for a no-show.
